Role Overview We are looking for a smart, courteous, and well-organized Female NYSC Corps Member seeking a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) to serve as a Front Desk Officer/Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while gaining hands-on experience in office administration and corporate communication within a professional media environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional manner Answer, screen, and route phone calls and inquiries Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence Maintain a clean and organized reception area Keep records of visitors and handle basic access control Provide administrative support to the team as required Liaise with internal staff to ensure smooth front office operations Requirements Current Female NYSC Corps Member seeking a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) Must reside on the Island (XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, VI, XXXX XXXX, etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and well-presented Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn and take initiative What You’ll Gain Hands-on work experience in a professional organization Exposure to administrative processes and corporate communication Opportunity to build workplace and customer service skills
