Receptionist / Front Office Assistant (2 Positions)
Description
Our client is seeking to recruit two (2) professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionists / Front Office Assistants to be based in Kahawa Sukari and Githunguri branches. The successful candidates will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while providing administrative and front office support to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Receive, welcome, and direct visitors and clients professionally Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence Handle front office administration including filing and record management Manage social media and communication platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.) Support office operations including photocopying, scanning, and document preparation Maintain cleanliness, organization, and order within the office and reception area Prepare and serve office tea and assist with hospitality for meetings Manage incoming and outgoing mail Support walk-in customer engagement and contribute to basic sales support Perform any other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements Diploma in: Business Administration, Office Administration, Customer Service, Or a related field (Agriculture or environmental-related qualifications are an added advantage) Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a receptionist or front office role Certificate in Customer Service, PR, or Administration is an added advantage Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Well-presented, professional, and customer-oriented Certificate of Good Conduct is an added advantage Digital marketing skills is an added advantage Key Competencies Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking ability Attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude Proactive, flexible, and willing to learn
