We are currently looking to recruit Four Receptionists/Cashiers to work at Taita Hills & Salt Lick Wildlife Resorts Limited Roles and Responsibilities Front Desk / Reception Duties: Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Manage appointments, bookings, or reservations. (if applicable) Receive and sort incoming mail and calls. Cashier Duties: Process customer transactions (cash, card, mobile payments, etc.) accurately. Issue receipts and change where necessary. Balance cash register at the beginning and end of shifts. Maintain proper records of transactions. Handle billing queries and resolve payment issues. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum education: Diploma in Hospitality management or Front office operations. Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage. Basic computer skills MS Office, POS systems. (OPERA & MICROS) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Foreign language speaking will be an added advantage. Good numerical and cash-handling skills. Professional appearance and attitude. Ability to multitask XXXX XXXX under pressure. Key Competencies Customer service excellence. Attention to detail.
