• 5:15pm Role Overview We are seeking a motivated individual to support data analytics and process improvement initiatives within training operations. This role focuses on analysing training data, enhancing operational workflows, and supporting improvements in programme delivery, reporting, and governance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen training processes through data-driven insights and systematic improvements. Key Responsibilities Data Analytics & Performance Insights Analyse training and operational data to evaluate programme effectiveness Develop reports, dashboards, and tracking tools for key metrics Identify trends and areas for improvement to support decision-making Process Improvement & Innovation Review and improve workflows related to training operations (e.g. invoicing, certification, data management) Implement standardised procedures and quality controls Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency Training Systems & Operations Coordination Support digital training content management and distribution Coordinate certification processes and system workflows Assist in implementation of training systems and enhancements Strategic Support & Reporting Conduct operational reviews and support process optimisation efforts Prepare reports with insights and recommendations Support operational assessments across training locations Provide general support to meet organisational and divisional objectives Requirements Degree in any discipline 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred Background in data analytics, programme coordination, or learning & development is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and report-writing abilities Proficiency in data tools and IT systems Strong organisational and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
