Processed new and amended orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service level agreements. Managed customer master data and system setups, maintaining accurate records for smooth order processing. Analyzed pricing issues and collaborated with sales and pricing teams to resolve discrepancies. Proactively resolved order holds and data issues to ensure timely shipment and support revenue targets. Drove process improvements and collaborated with global teams, using reporting and automation tools to enhance efficiency. Requirement: Open to entry-level candidates (1–2 years or fresh Diploma/Degree holders) with SAP S/4HANA experience as an advantage; willing to learn, adapt quickly, and explore new tools such as AI.
