Key Highlights: Office Hours: Monday-Friday Nearest MRT: Stadium Station Contract: 12 months Join to support sports programmes by managing creation, handling queries, coordinating with stakeholders for smooth operations and seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage and ensure timely creation of programmes on the platform. Oversee and respond promptly to programme-related requests or queries received via the mailbox. Maintain proper documentation and knowledge management systems. Consolidate monthly attendance submissions from various sports centres. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports as needed. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful programme creation and resolve payment-related issues. Key Requirements: Background in customer service, with at least 2 years of experience in customer service and administration. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Experience in programme management and coordination is a plus. Strong communication and writing skills. Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
