Description
Responsibilities: Co-ordinate with various parties to organize and maintain GM's schedule Perform full spectrum of high-level administrative duties including scheduling conference meetings and calls, conduct research and preparing reports Responsible for handling confidential documents, and perform support duties that are highly confidential Regularly interact with other business units which may have tasks that are more complex in nature Review incoming correspondence, initiate reply as appropriate and route matter requiring actions and follow up to ensure actions are completed Set-up and co-ordinate meetings, create agenda and take minutes Department Support Functions Organiser/Planner for department incentive trips/outings/entertainment Ensure department assets are properly maintained Liaise with travel agencies for department staff travel requirements and arrangements Requirements: Diploma in any discipline (relevant experience preferred) Excellent IT skills, and good with Microsoft Office suits and IT savvy Strong Communication skills Meticulous and good time management ability 2-years of working experience as a showroom concierge or brand reception Previous hospitality or service line experience preferred Basic MS PC skill 1 year renewable contract Location - Labrador Park MRT Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd EA License No: 11C5502 | EAP No. R23111942 EA Name: Feng Ye
