Admin Executive (3 Months)
Description
Job Scope: a. Course Evaluation Administration (existing process) Manage end-to-end course evaluation processes using MS Word templates and email systems Collate participant feedback and coordinate evaluation data collection Prepare and format course evaluation reports following established procedures b. Documentation and Reporting (existing process) Maintain course evaluation records and filing systems Track completion status of evaluation processes across training programmes Coordinate circulation and approval workflows for course reports Support preparation of summary reports and trend analysis c. Process Coordination and Transition Support Liaise with training departments and facilitators on evaluation requirements Support testing and transition activities as LEAP digital functionalities are implemented Assist in maintaining quality standards during system migration period Coordinate with LEAP team on system enhancement feedback d. Provide administrative support for the Department as required Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel for data entry and template management Strong attention to detail for accurate data collation and record-keeping Basic administrative experience, preferably 1-2 years in office environment Good written and verbal communication skills for coordination with various departments Familiarity with email systems and electronic filing Ability to work with templates and standardised forms Basic report preparation skills Familiarity with evaluation or feedback collection processes will be a bonus Experience with process documentation and workflow coordination Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Adaptability to work with both manual and digital systems during transition period Duration: 3 Months Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am
