Marketing and Sales Executive (6 Months Contract)

- $5,000 per month Duration: 6 months Contract Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8.30am
- 5.00pm Location: Kallang About the Role We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing & Sales Assistant to support the APAC Marketing team. This role plays a key part in coordinating product launches, campaigns, events, and digital initiatives, while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the local office. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Sales Support (75%) Provide administrative support across Product and Digital Marketing activities Support coordination of events and conferences, including registrations, reporting, and post-event summaries Prepare and track contracts, ensuring proper approvals and documentation Track event budgets, support cross-charges, and assist with reporting Coordinate regional meetings (virtual and in-person), including scheduling and communications Handle routine enquiries and escalate urgent matters when necessary Support ad-hoc marketing and administrative tasks Office & Administrative Support (25%) Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier packages, and international document dispatch Coordinate meetings and events (room bookings, catering, agendas, vendor coordination) Arrange travel for employees and customers, including complex itineraries Maintain office, pantry, and stationery supplies (inventory and replenishment) Handle general correspondence, calls, visitor coordination, and access passes Support basic Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance activities Requirements Diploma in Business Administration or related field 5–8 years of relevant experience in administrative or marketing support roles Strong organisational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Positive, “can-do” attitude with strong sense of accountability Experience with graphic design tools is an added advantage Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
