Description
Seeking a dedicated and organized Cleft and Craniofacial Coordinator to support our multidisciplinary team in providing comprehensive care to patients with cleft lip, palate, and craniofacial conditions. The incumbent will serve as the central point of contact for patients, families, and clinical teams, ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and coordinated treatment planning. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate patient care from referral through treatment and follow-up. Act as liaison between surgeons, speech therapists, orthodontists, nurses, psychologists, and other specialists. Provide family-centred support (counselling), education, and resources to patients and caregivers. Organize and facilitate multidisciplinary care clinics. Maintain accurate patient records and databases for clinical and research purposes. Assist in planning outreach programs, awareness campaigns, and regional collaborations. Requirements: Diploma with 6 years of experience, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Allied Health, or related medical field Experience in surgical care coordination or healthcare settings is an advantage Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team Demonstrated ability to provide family-centered patient care with strong interpersonal skills
