Description

Provide support to the Human Resources function by assisting with the project to map HR policies, process review, and on‑site HR operational activities, contributing to clear, consistent, and well‑documented HR practices Responsibilities: Support the review, update, and maintenance of HR policies, procedures. Assist with reviewing and documenting HR processes to enhance clarity, consistency, and operational effectiveness. Develop and maintain clear, step‑by‑step process manuals and guides to support standardization and knowledge continuity. Provide on‑site HR operational support as required, including coordination of employee lifecycle‑related activities. Provide general HR administrative assistance, including support for vendor review and related documentation. Support HR activities related to recruitment and staffing processes in a general, administrative capacity, as required. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in HR operations, administration, or a related support role is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; prior exposure to HR systems is an advantage but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured documentation. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
