I have a vacant area beside my home that I’d like transformed into a metal-framed carport that does more than shelter vehicles. The structure must read as a traditional, classic addition—pitched rooflines, sympathetic detailing, and proportions that match the house—while discreetly housing photovoltaic panels so we can turn the space into a pleasant outdoor zone that also produces clean energy.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A complete concept design: site plan showing placement on the lot, roof orientation for optimum solar harvest, and traffic flow for cars and people. • Architectural visuals: at least one shaded 3-D perspective and two elevations that illustrate the classic styling and metal framework. • Solar layout: panel count, tilt, estimated kW output, and conduit routing that stays hidden within the design language. • Preliminary structural notes: footing sizes, column specs, and roof load assumptions suitable for a metal build. • Material palette: metal profiles, traditional colour suggestions, and any complementary trim that reinforces the classic look.

All drawings should be delivered as PDFs plus source files (DWG, SketchUp, Revit, or similar). Keep dimensions in metric, and please allow for my feedback round before finalising.
