Description: I’m looking for an experienced professional to prepare a complete permit application and drawing package for a 200 sq ft residential rear deck. The design must follow Ontario Building Code (OBC) and local municipality requirements.

I will provide the site plan and templates. You need to create clean, accurate, and permit-ready drawings including site plan, structural layout (joists, beams, footings), stairs, railings, and elevations. The deck height is 950 mm, stairs are required, and setbacks must be minimum 4 ft.

Composite decking (with CCMC) and aluminum railing system (engineered/stamped) must be included. Footings should be concrete piers.

Final deliverables should be complete, well-labeled, and submitted in PDF format.
