Hello There,

I need help preparing a complete permit application package for a ~200 sqft rear deck (190–210 sqft) following Ontario Building Code requirements. This includes forms (permit application + Schedule 1, authorization letter), a fully labeled site plan with setbacks, and construction drawings (plan view, stairs, footings, guards, details, etc.).

All drawings must include dimensions, materials (composite decking, aluminum guards), and notes (joists, beams, fasteners, etc.), along with supporting documents (CCMC + engineered guard info). Final deliverable should be a clean, well-organized PDF set ready for submission.
