Engineered Rustic Hyperadobe Plans

Project-Based

Description

I’m ready to take my hyperadobe home from sketches and reference photos to permit-ready, engineered drawings. The house will have four bedrooms and two bathrooms arranged in a straight line off one hallway, with a mud-laundry room at the hall’s end. That mud room needs an arched entry from the main space and a second arched opening into a utility closet.

All exterior and load-bearing walls are hyperadobe; interior partitions between the bedrooms, mud room and utility closet will be conventional framed walls. I’d like an open kitchen–living area anchored by a wood stove, finished in a warm, rustic style. A small matching hyperadobe shed positioned nearby will house solar batteries and related equipment.

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing details to include in the plan set: • Mini-split HVAC units sized for each room • Standard outlet and switch layout, no smart system required • Full gas and electrical routing for kitchen and toilets • Grey-water plumbing with a dedicated dark-grey catch, plus supply lines for two incinerator toilets • Roof specified in metal panels rather than shingles On demand hot water tanks Deliverables I’ll need: • Complete architectural, structural and MEP drawings in PDF and CAD/DWG • Cross-sections and schedules for hyperadobe wall assemblies • Door and window schedules, highlighting the two interior arches • Foundation, roof framing and solar-shed tie-in details • A drawing index and notes ready for local code submission

If anything here needs clarification, let me know early so the final set is build-ready without surprises.

This will be in wagoner county Oklahoma. On 5 acres. The land is flat. We plan to build up 1 foot with dirt to have it completely level to build on. (Will be using AB fill dirt for the base and walls we know and understand how to build these homes we just need plans) We want concrete floors (will be poured after walls are up will not be holding significant weight)

No stem walls as the weight of the walls will be too much for concrete.

I will not give you my email as scammers have tried this already. I will be looking into whomever I choose for this job before I award it.

It needs to be up to IBC/IRC

Thank you. Budget: USD 3000–5000 Skills: CAD/CAM, Building Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, AutoCAD, Building Design, Architectural Engineering, Plumbing
