We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Design Engineer or MEP Draftsman to develop a complete water supply system design for a residential or commercial project. The scope includes deg the domestic water distribution system from source to end users, ensuring proper pressure, flow, and code compliance. The freelancer will be responsible for preparing water line layouts, pipe routing, pipe sizing, and distribution planning based on the provided architectural drawings. The design should include routing of main and branch pipelines, identification of water supply points, zoning if required, and coordination with building layout. The scope also includes preparation of schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, and detailed layout drawings with proper levels and annotations. The freelancer must ensure practical routing considering installation feasibility and maintenance access. Hydraulic calculations for pipe sizing and pressure requirements are required.

Deliverables include water supply layout drawings in DWG and PDF format, riser diagrams, schematic diagrams, hydraulic calculation report, and BOQ for pipes, fittings, and valves. All drawings must be properly layered, clearly labeled, and suitable for execution. The candidate must have experience in plumbing or MEP design, strong knowledge of water supply systems, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of relevant standards and good coordination skills are essential. Experience in residential or commercial projects is preferred. Timeline and budget will be discussed based on project scope. Applicants must provide relevant project experience, sample drawings, software proficiency, and estimated timeline. This is not a basic drafting task; the freelancer must deliver a technically sound and execution-ready plumbing design.
