Transfer & Stamp Restaurant MEP Plans.
Description
Budget: $250 - $750
I already have complete architectural CAD files for a small restaurant fit-out and now need a licensed engineer to turn those backgrounds into permit-ready Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing sheets. The scope is straightforward: import or reference my CAD, lay out HVAC, power/lighting, and plumbing runs that meet the local building and energy codes, then add your professional seal so I can submit.
All three disciplines—Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing—must be shown on coordinated drawings that reflect equipment schedules, loads, risers, and any required notes for my jurisdiction. Please base everything on the latest edition of the applicable local code set; if something is unclear, flag it and I’ll supply the city’s checklist or clarifications right away.
My team will take care of the permit filing, so your main deliverables are:
• PDF and CAD sheets for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing • Engineer’s stamp on each sheet (digital is fine if accepted by authorities) • Brief code compliance summary keyed to the drawings
Because the architectural layout is locked and provided in DWG, this should be a clean transfer rather than a full redesign. Let me know your turnaround time, how many revision cycles you include, and the state(s) in which you are currently licensed. New Mexico license is required
