Accessible Concrete Sidewalk Installation

I built a concrete sidewalk installed on the side of my house. The primary purpose is to improve accessibility. The HOA/Arc committee have issued a violation and are requesting a civil engineer sign off certifying water run off won't affect neighbor's homes, or a signed off certified drainage plan

Requirements: Certified letter of Approval.

Ideal skills and experience:
