HDPE Pipework Cost Takeoff

Project-Based

Description

I have a complete pack of ISO drawings for a new HDPE piping run and I need a precise cost takeoff prepared from them. The focus is on two figures only: what the materials will cost and what the installation labour will cost. I am not tied to any particular supplier or brand, so you are free to price against reliable market rates or any recent price book you normally use.

The drawings include line numbers, diameters, wall thicknesses, fittings, supports and valves. Your job is to extract every measurable item, build the material schedule, apply realistic unit rates, and calculate the corresponding labour hours and labour cost. I expect the final output in an editable spreadsheet that clearly separates:

• Quantity of each pipe, fitting, valve and accessory • Estimated labour hours, labour rate and extended labour cost • Grand totals for materials, labour and overall package

Please reference each line back to the ISO number so any spot-checks are easy. If anything on the drawings is unclear, flag it early so I can resolve it before you complete the takeoff.
