I have a luxury desert eco-retreat project on a 15,000 sqm plot (150m × 100m). The project includes a main majlis, multiple villas, and a central forest area replacing the lake.

I need you to prepare a full set of construction drawings ready for execution, with no missing details or ambiguity.

Specifically, I need:

A fully dimensioned site plan Complete architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections) Structural drawings (foundations, columns, beams, slabs) Electrical drawings (lighting, power outlets, distribution boards) Plumbing drawings (water supply, drainage, manholes) HVAC drawings (AC layout, ducting, diffuser locations)

In addition, I want:

All drawings to be fully dimensioned with levels clearly indicated Clear material and finishing specifications Full coordination between all systems (no clashes) Drawings prepared for printing (A1 or A2 sheets) Files delivered in CAD and PDF formats

The drawings must be clear enough for a contractor to execute without confusion or excessive back-and-forth.
