Micro whiskey Distillery renovation

Deadline: 2026-04-07
Project-Based

Description

Budget: $1500 - $3000

I am renovating a 2,500 sq ft space in Chattanooga, TN into a micro-distillery built around a 100-gallon electric still. To satisfy both state and city permitting, I need a complete, permit-ready engineering package that carries a Tennessee Professional Engineer seal.

Scope • Fire protection: system layout, equipment selection, hydraulic calculations, riser diagrams and any NFPA‐compliant details required for alcohol processing. • Electrical: full one-line diagrams, panel schedules, load calculations, conduit and wiring plans, equipment disconnects, lighting, and all specifications needed for the still’s electric elements and auxiliary equipment. • Code alignment: City of Chattanooga amendments, current NEC, NFPA 30/30A/33/70/72/99 as they apply to a distillery of this size. • Coordination: integrate my existing basic floor plan, identify any field data you require, and flag utility or structural conflicts early. • Deliverable set: stamped PDF drawings plus original CAD, all formatted for direct submission to the local permitting office.

Let me know your expected timeline once you review the existing plans, and any additional information you’ll need from me so we can move quickly toward approval.
