Description

I have a small resort project (3-room block + standalone restaurant) ready for fabrication. I will provide 2D DWG layouts, 3D renders, and markups.

Scope: Prepare complete working/fabrication drawings including plans, elevations, sections, PCC details (footing to plinth), and full structural detailing (steel, concrete, timber, mixed materials). Include all connections, welds, anchor bolts, reinforcement, dimensions, and standard notes.

Deliverables (PDF + DWG):

  • GA plans & elevations
  • Section drawings
  • PCC & foundation details
  • Structural & connection details with schedules
  • Title block, legend, revisions (print-ready)

Requirements:

  • As per local codes
  • No missing dimensions
  • AutoCAD 2020 compatible
