Budget: ₹1000 - ₹2500

I have a three-room resort block and a standalone restaurant that are ready to move from concept into fabrication. You will receive my 2D base CAD files together with the finished 3D renderings so you can clearly see the detent. What I now need is a full set of working drawings that a fabricator and site crew can pick up without further clarification.

Scope • Produce complete fabrication drawings for both the resort rooms and the restaurant, covering plans, elevations, and every necessary section view. • Include PCC (Plain Cement Concrete) details from footing through plinth so the civil crew can pour accurately. • Provide structural drawings for steel, concrete, timber, and any composite assemblies—mixed materials are used throughout. Connections, plate sizes, weld symbols, anchor bolt schedules, and reinforcement details should be called out clearly. • Incorporate all standard notes, dimensions, and tolerances so the shop and site teams share a single source of truth.

Deliverables (PDF + DWG)

1. General arrangement plans and elevations for the resort block and restaurant
2. Full sectional drawings at critical cut lines
3. PCC and foundation sheets with reinforcement, levels, and mix notes
4. Structural member schedule and connection details for mixed materials
5. Title block, legend, and revision table complete and print-ready

Acceptance Criteria • All member sizes match local code loadings; no missing dimensions. • Drawings print cleanly at A1 with a minimum 1:50 scale for plans and 1:20 for details. • DWG files open error-free in AutoCAD 2020.
