Budget: ₹1000 - ₹1500

I have two adjacent residential lots, each already documented with its own survey plan. There are no buildings or other improvements in the way. I need a licensed land surveyor or civil engineer to legally recombine these parcels into a single tract and then create two brand-new lots of perfectly equal square footage.

Your work must follow standard residential zoning requirements for the area and reflect all boundary and setback rules that apply. Once the geometry is finalized, I’ll need the full professional package:

• AutoCAD DWG of the new site plan, ready for future design work • A clean PDF showing dimensions, bearings, total and per-lot area calculations, and any notes needed for municipal review • Updated, record-ready legal descriptions for each of the two new parcels

I will supply the existing surveys in PDF/DWG as soon as we start. Accuracy is crucial; final files should balance to the square foot and close on bearings. If you have questions about local platting standards, let’s discuss them up front so the first submission passes with the county on the first try.
