I need a licensed land-surveyor or civil engineer to combine two adjacent residential lots (Plot A [Size] sq ft and Plot B [Size] sq ft) into a single tract, then split that tract into two brand-new parcels of perfectly equal area. Both lots are vacant, so no existing structures will interfere with the layout. All work must comply with local residential zoning standards and be ready for county recording and deed transfer.
Please deliver:
• A clean, layer-organized AutoCAD DWG showing property lines, bearings, dimensions, and total area for each new parcel • A companion PDF print-set with the same information clearly labeled for quick review by the planning office • Revised, record-ready legal descriptions for the two resulting properties, matching the final survey geometry
Accuracy must support filing without revision. If you use Civil 3D or similar, keep coordinate systems and units consistent so my attorney and the county GIS team can drop the file straight into their workflow.
