Recombine & Subdivide Adjacent Land Parcels

Budget: ₹600 - ₹1500

I need a licensed land-surveying professional to take two side-by-side lots and legally turn them into one tract, then split that tract straight down the middle so the end result is two brand-new parcels of identical square footage. Both original lots are completely vacant, so you can work from a clean slate without worrying about existing structures or setbacks.

Here’s what I expect to receive:

• AutoCAD DWG file showing the merged tract and the two equal child parcels, fully annotated with bearings, distances, and total areas • A print-ready PDF of the same plan, clearly labeling all dimensions and calculations • Revised legal descriptions for each of the new parcels, ready for county recording
