Finalize G+8 Apartment Design

Budget: $30 - $250

I already have a clean CAD floor plan for a ground-plus-eight-storey apartment building and now need the remaining design work wrapped up. Specifically, I want the interior layouts refined and the exterior façades fully developed.

Interior The plan is to keep everything firmly in the minimalist camp—clean lines, efficient circulation, and uncluttered spatial relationships. You’ll take the current schematic arrangement of units and communal areas and push it to a resolved state, coordinating wall positions, core services and furniture zones so the final set is ready for construction documentation. AutoCAD is the base file format, but if you prefer to progress the model in Revit or SketchUp before issuing updated DWGs and PDFs, that is fine.

Exterior For the façade, I’m committed to a fair-faced concrete expression. I want a thoughtful rhythm of openings, balconies and shading elements that celebrates the material’s honesty while keeping the build-ability practical for an eight-storey structure. Your work should result in façade elevations, key sections and at least two perspective renders that communicate texture, colour tone and joint layouts.

Deliverables • Updated interior layout drawings (plans per level + typical reflected ceiling plans) • Fully designed exterior façade elevations and sections • 2–3 high-quality perspective renders showing the fair-faced concrete treatment • Source files in the same CAD format provided, plus export sets in PDF
