Title: Part-Time Remote Assistant for Gaming Repair Shop (Customer Calls & Scheduling)

Description: Hi! I run a video game repair and retail shop in the US. I’m looking for a reliable remote assistant to help manage customer communication and keep my workflow organized.

This role is simple but important. You will help me stay focused by handling calls, messages, and basic scheduling tasks.

You do NOT need technical repair knowledge—I will provide scripts and guidance.

Responsibilities:

Call customers to: confirm repair approvals notify them when items are ready Answer basic inbound questions (scripted) Track repair jobs and status updates Send follow-up messages for pending jobs Help keep a simple task board (Trello or similar) updated

Hours:

~5–10 hours per week Flexible schedule Some availability during US business hours preferred

Requirements:

Strong English communication (important) Friendly and professional tone Reliable and responsive Comfortable making phone calls Organized and detail-oriented

Pay:

Starting at $40–100/month depending on experience Opportunity for long-term work and increased hours
