Dealership Sales Paperwork Assistant

Budget: $15 - $25/hr
(Looking for Spanish and English speaking help) I run an automotive dealership and I’m looking for a dependable virtual assistant who can be on-call every day from 8 AM to 9 PM Eastern. Although you won’t be working the entire window, tasks appear unpredictably, so I need to be able to reach you quickly; on most days the workload averages 2–3 focused hours.
Your top priority is completing sales paperwork accurately and fast. That includes preparing customer contracts, assembling financing packets, and filling out warranty forms once a sale is confirmed. (The work is extremely easy, but you need to be fast and responsive when it happens)
To succeed, you’ll respond to messages within a few minutes, keep sensitive data confidential, and return fully-signed document sets the same day they’re requested.
Deliverables • Completed digital paperwork packets (customer contract, financing, warranty) filed in the correct dealership folder • Daily update of any appointments you schedule or modify
Acceptance criteria: correct buyer information on every form, all required signatures captured, and calendar entries posted without double-booking.
