Part-Time Remote Executive Assistant

I need a dependable Executive Assistant who can keep my calendar running smoothly above all else. Most of your weekly workload—about 10
- 15 flexible hours—will revolve around proactively scheduling for agency events across Canada and the US, communicating to event staff.
Alongside calendar management, you will:
• Handle internal email communications: draft quick updates, route messages to the right teammate, and keep our shared inbox uncluttered. • Turn raw data and notes into clean, on-brand Canva decks for internal reports. • Tackle ad-hoc admin tasks in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) as they arise.
You should be comfortable working independently, communicating clearly, and spotting details others miss. Competence in Canva and Google Workspace is essential; any similar productivity tools you already use are welcome.
The role is 100 % remote, hours are yours to arrange provided deadlines are met, and the pay range is US $5–8 per hour depending on experience.
