That means drafting clear, professional replies, flagging anything that needs my input, and making sure follow-ups never slip through the cracks.

The role centres on client correspondence only, no internal chats or general support queues, so polished written English and a naturally service-minded tone are essential. You should already feel comfortable working inside a CRM for email tracking; if you have experience with Salesforce, Helprace, Zoho CRM or a similar platform, let me know.
