Sharjah Legal Document Runner

Budget: $30 - $250

I need a dependable, detail-oriented runner who can physically submit and collect my legal paperwork at various government bodies in Sharjah. The core stops will include Sharjah Court, Sharjah Police, SEWA, and any other ministry office I specify on the day.

Here is what the assignment looks like from my side: I will email or hand you the prepared legal documents, brief you on the counter or department they belong to, and let you know whether any cashier fees must be settled. Your job is to queue, file the papers, obtain the required stamps or reference numbers, pay the fee when needed, and return clear scans or photos of the stamped copies and receipts before handing back the originals.

Because these are legal documents, accuracy and confidentiality are critical. You should already be familiar with basic court and police-station procedures in the UAE, be comfortable speaking to clerks in both English and Arabic, and have the flexibility to revisit an office if an official asks for a missing signature or additional copy.

Deliverables • Stamped or acknowledged originals returned to me in person or by same-day courier • Digital scan or photo of every stamped page and payment receipt emailed immediately after submission • Brief written note confirming date, time, and counter/desk where each document was filed

Acceptance criteria: every document listed in my hand-off checklist must come back with a matching stamp, reference number, or receipt; scans must be legible; and all tasks must be completed within the agreed day unless the authority sets a later collection date.
