Middle/Senior Scrum Master

Job Description Experience: 3+ years of dedicated experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or IT environment. Certifications: Advanced Agile/Scrum certifications are highly preferred (e.g., PSM II, PSM III, A-CSM, CSP-SM, or PMI-ACP). Framework Knowledge: Deep, practical understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies. Experience working in a scaled agile environment is a major plus. Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD practices. You don't need to code, but you must be able to "speak developer." Tool Proficiency: Expert-level experience with agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Proven ability to influence without authority. Job Responsibilities Facilitation & Process Leadership: Lead all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Refinements) Coaching & Mentoring: Act as an agile coach for the development team, Product Owner, and broader organization. Product Owner Partnership: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is healthy, refined, and properly prioritized to maximize value delivery, help Product owner to capture/improve user stories Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and resolve systemic blockers, dependencies, and conflicts that impact team performance and delivery. Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Track and communicate agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown, etc.) to the team and stakeholders. Use data to drive conversations around process improvements and team health. Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate coordination with other teams and departments. Culture Building: Foster a safe, high-trust environment where team members feel comfortable experimenting, failing, and learning. Delivery overseeing: prepare release notes and deployment plans
