LOCALS TO MOUNT LAUREL, NJ ONLY Experience 10 years overall| 3 years as Scrum Master Domain BFSI Enterprise Agile Delivery Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery for cross functional teams. The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring Scrum practices are followed| removing impediments| enabling continuous improvement| and driving effective collaboration between business and technology stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning| Daily Stand ups| Sprint Reviews| and Retrospectives Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles| ensuring adherence to best practices Act as a servant leader| removing impediments and helping the team stay focused on sprint goals Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure a well groomed and prioritized backlog Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity| burndown burnup charts| and sprint health Identify risks| dependencies| and blockers and proactively escalate when required Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable outcomes Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders in a scaled Agile environment Ensure compliance with client| security| and governance requirements (especially in BFSI setups)Support release planning and cross team alignment Required Skills: Strong hands on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile Scrum environments Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum| Kanban| SAFe good to have)Experience working with tools like JIRA| Confluence| Azure DevOps Excellent communication| facilitation| and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work with onshore offshore teams and client stakeholders Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skillsExperience in BFSI regulated environments preferred Certifications (Preferred)Certified Scrum Master (CSM)SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)PMI ACP (good to have)Soft Skills Proactive and ownership driven mindset Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to challenge constructively and influence without authority High attention to detail and compliance awareness Essential Skills: Facilitating Scrum Events| Removing Impediments| Coaching and Mentoring| Fostering Collaboration| Tracking Progress| Supporting the Product Owner| Promoting Agile Practices| Stakeholder Management| Key Skills Excellent Communication| Problem-Solving| Strong Leadership| Conflict Resolution| Adaptability| Time Management| Knowledge of Agile and Scrum.
