Work Placement Coordinator The Work Placement Coordinator will lead the end-to-end coordination of high-quality work placements for young people aged 17–25, including Care Leavers, SEND participants, young people at risk of homelessness and those who are NEET. The role is a key contributor to the Haringey Full Potential Programme.
Work Placement Coordinator The post holder will proactively secure and progress placement opportunities across local employers, voluntary sector organisations and Council services, managing a live pipeline from initial engagement through to confirmed start date and resolving barrier s efficiently.
Work Placement Coordinator Working closely with Employment Advisors and partner services, the role wil lensure placements are suitable, compliant and progressed at pace, maintaining clear communication with employers and internal stakeholders throughout.
Work Placement Coordinator The post will be based in Haringey Works and the postholder will work closelywith HR, Recruitment and Learning Development services. The role requiresconfidence, initiative and strong organisational skills, with the ability tomanage multiple concurrent placements in a fast-moving environment.
