Material Coordinator – Automotive Prototype & Supply Chain – 16949

Assignment Description

We are looking for a Material Coordinator

What You Will Work On

• Prepare and manage prototype part lists using internal systems and submit them to Purchasing
• Ensure timely placement of prototype orders and confirm delivery schedules with suppliers
• Monitor deliveries and manage deviations, including identifying alternative solutions
• Collect and consolidate information related to test truck specifications impacting thermal systems
• Provide relevant insights and information to designers and engineering teams
• Ensure project spending stays within allocated budget
• Coordinate with stakeholders including purchasers, designers, Scrum Masters, and project teams
• Support timely execution of testing activities and project milestones

What You Bring

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or coordination roles (preferably in automotive or manufacturing)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage timelines, follow-ups, and supplier communication
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
• Service-minded attitude with proactive approach to resolving issues
• Basic understanding of project management principles
• Fluent in English
