Assignment Description

Our client within the automotive industry is strengthening their Vehicle Cabling Architecture (VCA) team focused on bus chassis development.

What You Will Work On

• Design and develop cable harness routing and installation for bus chassis applications
• Perform hands-on mechanical design work with strong focus on packaging and installation feasibility
• Conduct design and drawing reviews
• Provide installation support during development and production phases
• Collaborate closely with:
• Adjacent engineering teams
• Production stakeholders
• Cross-functional development teams
• Work in an Agile/Scrum-based environment
• Ensure high-quality, mature design solutions aligned with VCA standards

What You Bring

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering
• Strong experience in:
• Cable harness routing
• Installation devehicle applications
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team setup
• Mandatory: CATIA V5 proficiency
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Swedish language skills are a plus
