Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer

What You Will Work On

• Develop embedded software for bus control units and vehicle-related systems.
• Implement new functionality using C++ in real-time environments.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and software improvements.
• Participate in system integration and validation activities.
• Contribute to design discussions, architecture alignment, and code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with system engineers, testers, and other developers.
• Work in an agile/Scrum environment with iterative development cycles.
• Ensure high software quality aligned with automotive development practices.
• Participate in cross-functional activities across the development lifecycle.

What You Bring

• Solid engineering background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong professional experience with C++ development.
• Proven experience working with embedded systems in complex real-time environments.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Professional proficiency in English; Swedish is considered an advantage.
• Experience from the automotive or vehicle industry is beneficial.
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN or LIN.
• Experience with functional safety, continuous integration, or embedded debugging tools is valuable.
• Previous experience with the client environment is considered a strong advantage.
