Job Description Key Responsibilities and Duties Office Operations: Coordinate office activities, maintain tidy reception areas, and manage office equipment maintenance. Administrative Support: Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence; prepare reports, memos, and invoices Scheduling and Travel: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Track and order office supplies and stationery. Data Management: Update and maintain databases, records, and files, including personnel or financial data. Support Functions: Assist with HR tasks (onboarding) and support other departments with clerical duties. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Proven track record of good University results. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff and clients. Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking, time-management, and prioritization abilities. Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree. Key Competencies High attention to detail Very confident and assertive Proactive mindset and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
