Position Title: Liaison & Admin Manager Location: Addis Ababa Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (CHRO) Salary: Negotiable Role Summary We are seeking a highly capable Liaison & Admin Manager to spearhead our administrative operations at the Head Office while directing the company’s legal compliance and government liaison functions. This dual-focus role ensures that our internal administration is efficient and our external regulatory standing remains in full compliance with national laws. Key Responsibilities 1. Head Office Administration Manage all day-to-day HR operations at the Head Office, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Ensure all HR processes and employee contracts strictly adhere to the Ethiopian Labour Proclamation. Oversee personnel record-keeping, attendance, and administrative stability for Head Office staff. Oversee all day-to-day administrative activities for the Head Office to ensure operational efficiency. Manage office facilities, documentation protocols, and administrative staff. Ensure all administrative processes align with company policies and support general business stability. 2. Legal Compliance & Government Liaison Direct all legal formalities and compliance requirements with the Ethiopian Investment Commission (EIC). Manage the end-to-end process for Immigration, Visas, and Work Permits for expatriate staff. Act as the company’s primary representative to the Labor Department, Social Welfare, ERCA, and Customs. Oversee all legal cases for and against the company, ensuring any work with a legal bearing is handled within the department.
