Key Responsibilities Achieve growth and hit sales targets through strategic sales and marketing execution. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their operational and technical needs. Present periodic sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to management. Identify emerging markets, customer segments, and new business opportunities. Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables in line with company credit policies. Conduct accurate sales forecasting using customer data, historical trends, and market intelligence. Maintain optimal sales volume, product mix, and pricing strategies based on market conditions and competitor positioning. Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Provide technical advisory support to customers on product specifications and packaging solutions. Stay updated on product innovations, economic indicators, and competitive activities. Key Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field. Minimum of 7 years experience in the flexible packaging or converting industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong technical and commercial understanding of laminates, films, and related flexible packaging products. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and sales forecasting capability.
