JOB DESCRIPTION Recruit shops to stock all products of the company Create and deliver sales and marketing strategies Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of product publicity materials Devise direct sales and marketing campaigns Suggest and organize sales or marketing events Promoting products of the company through activations or BTL marketing Undertake market research and establish the best ways to reach target groups Conduct surveys on sales of company products to enhance market performance Line manages shops with products of the company Recommend best strategies to boost sales of all products Boost sales of shops for all products Represent company at events such as fairs, exhibitions etc. Analyze the impact on sales or marketing campaigns or events and prepare reports. Report to Manager on all sales activities on a daily and weekly basis Presentation on sales for the demarcated areas and recommendations Develop and communicate through the company’s customer relationship management system Any other duties assigned by Manager JOB REQUIREMENTS HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification Minimum of 2 years sales experience in FMCG, Insurance or Telecoms industry Should stay around Nungua, Sakumono, Lashibi or Spintex environs Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially MS Word and MS Excel Ready to work on Weekends when required.
