The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing market strategies, expanding the company’s customer base, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The role requires a highly motivated professional with strong business development skills, strategic thinking, and proven leadership experience in technology-related markets. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Market Expansion Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in the IT and telecom sectors. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify potential customers and emerging market trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government institutions, and private organizations. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to increase company revenue and market share. Sales Management Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve company sales targets. Prepare sales forecasts, revenue projections, and performance reports. Develop and manage sales pipelines and prospect databases. Conduct negotiations and close high-value contracts and service agreements. Marketing Strategy Design and implement marketing campaigns for IT and telecom services. Promote company products and services through digital marketing, events, partnerships, and direct sales channels. Strengthen the company’s brand presence in the technology market. Client Relationship Management Develop long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery. Follow up on leads and convert potential clients into long-term customers. Leadership & Team Management Supervise and mentor the sales and marketing team. Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance. Provide coaching and training to improve team productivity and effectiveness
