Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource/Admin Officer to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or NYSC member with foundational HR knowledge and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, consulting-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Human Resources: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews) Support onboarding and employee documentation processes Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist with performance tracking and HR reporting Handle basic employee relations and HR communications Administrative Duties: Manage schedules, meetings, and internal coordination Prepare reports, letters, and HR documents Support general office administration and operations Maintain proper documentation and filing systems Assist with coordination of company activities and projects Requirements 0–1 year experience as an HR Intern, HR Assistant, or related role NYSC members and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask XXXX XXXX independently in a remote setting High level of organization and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Advantage Prior experience working in a consulting environment Exposure to recruitment and client-facing HR support Additional Requirements Must be based in Lagos (mandatory) Must have access to a stable internet connection and be available during working hours What We’re Looking For A fast learner with a strong work ethic Someone reliable, responsive, and proactive Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong sense of professionalism and accountability.
