Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR and Performance Management Manager to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the HR and Performance Management department. Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Perform as liaison for overall admin related duties Responsible for the administer logistics processes Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Provide support in employee relations and conflict resolution. Coordinate training and development programs for staff. Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality. Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Perform any admin and HR related tasks as requested
