Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Front Desk & Digital Marketing Assistant to manage front office operations while actively driving revenue growth. The role involves client engagement, marketing, and business development, while promoting and selling the services of the organisation. The successful candidate will combine excellent customer service skills with a strong sales mindset, ensuring a welcoming front desk experience while identifying opportunities to generate income and expand the organisation’s client base.The ideal candidate should be courteous, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming and assisting clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Exercise a high level of professionalism, discretion, and situational awareness by monitoring visitor interactions and identifying any unusual or potentially risky behaviour, escalating concerns appropriately. Manage incoming calls, messages, and inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and courteous responses. Support HR and administrative functions, including scheduling, record-keeping, and office logistics. Oversee office operations such as supplies management, vendor coordination, and general facility upkeep. Drive revenue generation by promoting and securing clients for Manual Signature Spaces and other organisational services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Support and execute marketing initiatives, including client outreach, promotions, and brand visibility efforts. Prepare and submit periodic administrative, marketing, and revenue performance reports. Requirements Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. At least 2 year of relevant experience in front desk operations, customer service, & sales/marketing role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills. Prior experience in marketing, sales, or client acquisition is a GREAT advantage. Demonstrated ability to multitask, stay organised, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic sales or business development mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to revenue generation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good phone and email etiquette. High level of professionalism, discretion, and strong situational awareness.
