Role Summary We are hiring a proactive and sales-driven Front Desk Executive responsible for: Managing front desk operations Responding to social media and digital inquiries (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Website) Conducting telemarketing and follow-ups Preparing quotations and proposals Conducting online software demos Supporting order closing Coordinating implementation and training with support team This is a revenue-linked position, not a purely administrative role. Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management Attend to walk-in clients Handle calls and email inquiries Maintain inquiry records
- Social Media & Digital Inquiry Handling Respond quickly to leads generated from Facebook & Instagram Ads Handle WhatsApp and website inquiries Qualify leads and schedule demos Update CRM regularly
- Telemarketing & Follow-Up Conduct outbound calls Follow up with prospects consistently Re-engage old leads
- Quotation & Proposal Preparation Prepare quotations and proforma invoices Draft proposals as per client requirements Ensure timely submission
- Online Demos & Sales Closing Conduct online product demonstrations Handle basic product queries Support conversion of leads into confirmed orders
- Implementation Coordination Coordinate with support and implementation team Track installation and training status Ensure smooth client onboarding Required Profile 2–3 years experience in telesales / inside sales / customer handling Strong communication skills Confident in handling digital inquiries Organized and detail-oriented Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM systems) Basic accounting knowledge preferred Compensation Structure Fixed Salary: UGX 500,000
- 1,000,000 Gross (based on experience, skill & ability) Sales Incentive: 5% on value of sales closed Additional Bonus on achieving monthly target.
