The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. \Manage appointments, front desk inquiries, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcome patients and visitors; manage check-ins/outs. Handle phone calls and coordinate appointments with medical staff. Assist patients with registration forms and update records. Manage front desk correspondence and general admin tasks. Support clinic operations and promptly address patient/visitor needs. operations and excellent customer REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS: Minimum HND; BSC is a plus. Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare reception or customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, friendly, and professional demeanor. Organized, able to multitask, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Customer-focused and able to maintain confidentiality.
