Location: Lagos (Applicants must reside within Lekki / Ajah environs) About the Role We are a reputable facility management company seeking to engage a results-driven Business Development / Marketing Officer with proven experience in facility management and a strong capacity to market technology-driven solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new business opportunities and promoting both our facility management services and proprietary digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and secure new facility management contracts across residential estates, commercial, and corporate environments Strategically promote and drive adoption of the company’s facility management application and other technology solutions Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales and revenue targets Build and maintain strong, long-term client and stakeholder relationships Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technology, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in business development or marketing within the facility management or related industry Demonstrated experience in marketing and selling technology products (e.g., mobile applications, SaaS platforms, or digital solutions) Strong understanding of digital marketing and product positioning strategies Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills High level of professionalism, initiative, and self-motivation Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
