About the position SAA is seeking a qualified Nigerian national to fill the position of Administrative Coordinator for its Nigeria Office. Based in Abuja, the Administrative Coordinator reports to the Country Director (CD)/Deputy Country Director (DCD) and acts as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and addressing their queries, administering employee benefits, and ensuring efficient office operation. Major duties and responsibilities Support CD for the recruitment of new staff and ensure that recruitment of employees is done in accordance with SAA HR policy. Ensure staff contracts are prepared and reflect all benefit packages. Maintain and update personnel records and files of all employees Conduct performance evaluation of administrative staff and ensure that performance evaluation of all staff is carried out periodically. Confirm the Labor proclamations regularly and ensure that HR policy is in line with the proclamations. If necessary, consult with lawyer. Consult with the Strategic Partnership Office (SPO)/HQ in a timely manner if HR policy needs to be revised due to changes in the proclamation and/or other reasons. Ensure that Country's MoU and other contracts are concluded and updated with government agencies and partners properly. Facilitate and follow up fixed asset management and disposal in accordance with SAA asset disposal Policy and Procedure. Supervise all administrative staff on vertical angle and provide administrative support to all technical staff on a horizontal angle. Prepare quarterly, bi-annual, and annual country administrative reports Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competency MA degree in Management, Business Administration, or Public Administration with at least 12 years of experience; or a BA degree with at least 14 years of experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Knowledge of system filing Microsoft Office: Advance knowledge of Power point, Word and Excel Strong sense of responsibility, custom-oriented and proactive mind Basic knowledge of country labor law and terminology of the contracts Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality Proven leadership in coordinating administrative operations and supervising staff to ensure efficient workflows.
